Nursing News

(This post is purely for my own record, so please skip unless you want to read about breastfeeding!)

Blake is almost 15 months old and is slowly starting to wean herself. My goal was to nurse for at least a year, which we accomplished, but I continued because she was still wanting to nurse, especially when I picked her up after work. The past couple of weeks she's been skipping a time or two. She hasn't nursed at night in over a week (which all the books said would be the last feeding to go for most babies) and for the past couple of days hasn't nursed her afternoon feeding either. Which just leaves the morning feeding for now... We'll see how it goes.
