We packed snacks, lots of water, and a picnic lunch (but we just decided to eat in the car on the way home!)

Palo Duro
Yesterday we went hiking at Palo Duro Canyon. We were all very excited to go, and are eager to go again. It was beautiful! We brought the two big dogs, and Molly and Piper were worn out after our 3 mile hike! Definitely different terrain than we're used to! Packed up and on the road to get there!
Everyone did great, even with picking a "difficult trail." We stopped at the visitor center to get the kids booklets to fill out to earn their Junior Naturalist badges. They were very proud! It was a great day!
