Hard to believe that in 2 short months, my little man Easton will be smashing cake and celebrating 1 year of life! Love him so much.
Easton is a fast little guy and can crawl and get into what he wants faster than I can react sometimes! He loves to pull up to stand, cruise furniture and other things and has tried to stand alone several times (sometimes successful for a few seconds!). Thankfully he is not walking yet, but loves to push toys, boxes, or anything that moves to walk behind. Easton loves to give slobbery kisses, and bounces up and down when he gets excited.
He still has just 6 teeth, and is currently real slobbery and chewing on fingers so maybe another one is on the way. Easton can wave bye-bye, but doesn't do it often, loves to open cabinets to play with the insides, or closets, or anything really.
He has been a little fussy for a couple days with a runny nose and husky voice, like congestion... but as soon as I got the camera out for this, he turned on the charm! Easton started bouncing, kicking out his legs, stretching his arms, laughing... it was so funny.
Like I mentioned, he loves to initiate peek-a-boo games, and a favorite place to play is the playhouse in his room. He walks around the back side and steps on the base to peek over the top and off the side. You can see in his eyes how excited he is to play this way... I start saying "where's Easton? There he is... and peek-a-boo" and his eyes light up and he keeps peeking over and over.
